Definición:
Porcentaje de Pasajeros que no validan su pasaje al ingresar al componente troncal.

Objetivo:
Identificar el número de personas que acceden al Componente Troncal del SITP sin efectuar el pago del pasaje correspondiente, las cuales pueden generar inseguridad en el Sistema.

Fórmula de Cálculo:
(Pasajeros que no validan pasaje / Total de pasajeros que ingresan al componente troncal) * 100
